Okay…No, you can’t surf this one because the strings would get all caught up in between your toes.
My friend, Bird Huffman, gave these guitars to me. He said they were taken on surf trips down into Baja, and like many surf-related items — somehow they ended up with him at Bird’s Surf Shed.
Reflecting back on my many surf trips down Baja, it seemed that someone always had a guitar. Those were good times. I’m a lucky man.
It is cool to think about these guitars being strummed after surf sessions all along the Baja Peninsula’s surf breaks.
